Before joining Landmark, Joan successfully managed all facets of veterinary practice administration, including Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Marketing and Strategic Business Planning for over 30 years. Her experience in analyzing problems, implementing business procedures and accounting efficiencies can assist Landmark and our clients.

Joan is a former Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM), holds a Certificate in Business Administration (UVic), B.Sc. (Agriculture) (University of Guelph) and is a graduate of the Veterinary Management Institute at Purdue University. Joan is dedicated to professional development through continuing education and loves to learn.

When she is not focusing on Landmarks commitments, Joan is an avid gardener and enjoys dog performance sports with her dog.
